Our platform integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API to facilitate seamless business communication. When you communicate with us via WhatsApp:

  • Messages are securely processed and logged into our CRM as Activity records.
  • Your WhatsApp Profile Name may be captured as a "suggestion" to enrich your contact profile.
  • We adhere strictly to Meta's Business Messaging Policies. Opt-out requests (e.g., "STOP") are processed automatically by our governance layer.

4. AI-Assisted Enrichment & Usage

RGEP NEXXUS V1 utilizes localized, specialized AI models to improve matchmaking and event coordination. Our AI governance is strictly suggestion-only:

  • AI models may infer professional categories or summarize interactions.
  • No Autonomous Mutation: AI cannot alter your core CRM identity or contact data autonomously. All AI suggestions require human administrator review and approval.
  • Your raw conversational data is not used to train public LLMs.

5. Non-Sale of Private Data & Sharing
