Data Deletion Instructions

Users may request deletion or correction of eligible personal data held by RGEP Nexus / Event Help Online.

To request deletion, contact RGEP through the Contact & Compliance page and include your name, phone/email, and request details.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute, or platform security purposes.

CRM contact records are governed business records and may require verification before deletion or modification.
